Yes. Your body enters a state of dietary ketosis, which is a natural, safe and effective method of losing weight. When the body is in ketosis, you won’t feel hungry, as your body will be burning stored fat for energy, requiring less food.
No, you shouldn’t be hungry. We provide you with four sachets a day to drink in between meals to stop snacking and help you to feel fuller for longer. By entering ketosis naturally, the body will burn fat stores, reducing the need to eat food for energy.
The Ultra Lite sachets we provide you with aren’t a meal replacement, but help you feel satisfied between meals. Each sachet contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids (protein). Each sachet is approximately equivalent to a glass of whole milk without the fat and lactose content. They maintain blood sugar levels and alleviate cravings.
All our sachets are gluten free (except for chicken sachets), contain minimal lactose and whey protein, making them suitable for most people to be able to consume the sachets. If you have allergy concerns, please speak to us before starting the challenge.
While exercise is good for you, it isn’t compulsory to exercise while completing the program. The results people achieve are a result from the diet, not exercise. However, you’ll be given short 30-minute exercise regimes each week to remain active and also increase your weight loss results.
